I had an amazing time in this hotel with its huge and comfortable rooms, and an awesome view. The onsen experience was quite good since it had both indoor and outdoor baths. Moreover, I appreciate how the staff was fluent, friendly, and check-in was fast. The hotel provided plenty of carpark lots and lots of facilities besides the onsen.

Hard to think of anything negative to say about this hotel.

The hotel location is convenient, just a short distance from the train station, and the view from the room is amazing. the rooms are spacious and well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the staff is friendly and always ready to help, providing valuable information about the local area. the breakfast buffet is varied, with both Japanese and Western options, and delicious local food is served in the affordable restaurant on the ground floor.

The smoking area on the balcony can be unpleasant for those sensitive to cigarette smoke.

The views from the hotel were breathtaking, with beautiful landscapes on both sides. The room size was spacious and the bathroom was clean. The friendly staff provided a lot of useful local information during our stay. The lower level restaurant had great food at reasonable prices.

The lack of clear signage about reservations for the main restaurant made it difficult to book in advance. Smoking was allowed in many areas, and large groups smoking on breaks from meeting rooms on nearby balconies made it smoky and unpleasant in some areas of the hotel. It was difficult to relax in the lobby cafe due to the cigarette smoke.

The hotel had a great location near the railway station which was very convenient. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious with a luxurious feel. The onsen was relaxing and had both indoor and outdoor pools. I had a fantastic stay and would recommend this hotel to my family.

Great sea views from the room and good facilities provided, especially for the price. the room was clean and tidy upon arrival and the bed was comfortable to sleep on. the staff were friendly and helpful, always greeting you with a smile.

The hotel itself was quite old and run down, with a musty smell noticeable as soon as you entered the room. the bathroom was not properly cleaned, and the toilet smelled bad and the shower had black mould on the tiles.

Great views, spacious rooms, clean bathroom, friendly staff, good food, extensive breakfast buffet.
